Home Owners Associations hold the community to a higher standard, thereby improving the experience for everyone.

New residents, please use the contact us link or send an email to info@lllhoa.org with contact information for important announcements and reminders.

The purpose of the Home Owners' Association is to protect your home's value and overall neighborhood quality. Research indicates that property values are estimated to fall as much as twenty percent over time due to failure to enforce restrictions. As a homeowner, your duty to uphold the covenants is an essential part of preserving your home's value. The HOA functions to enforce the Covenants, Codes, and Restrictions (CC&R's) to maintain and preserve the community's lifestyle and surroundings at large.

The Home Owners Association Committee is made up of a group of volunteers in the community who share a passion for keeping our community beautiful for years to come. The committee meets regularly to discuss important neighborhood issues, plan events, and manage community expenses. If you are interested in becoming a part of the committee or helping with events, please contact us.

HOA Fees are due annually on June 1st. Late fees will be assessed starting July 1st. HOA Fees are $850 per lot per year.
